Cool pix

CLICK HERE to see more pictures of awesome old hairstyles. Hairstyle history is pretty cool once you get into it.
As for new fashion? I haven't got enough time to gather my stuff together yet. But here's a tip: if you're young, say, still a teenager, like me, don't wear tons and tons of makeup. It ends up making you look older than you should and fake. And who likes a fake?

New Spring Looks
Hi!
Romance= lace, ruffles, and vintage clothing.
Haven't you seen all those adorable skirts in the stores right now? I love those white lacy ones. Totally romantic. Also, the lacey-white shirts look so vintage. Try some cargos on. Have fun! I don't have a lot of time right now, so I'll end it here. Hopefully this will help you a bit.
Please check out my new website at www.nancydrew.scriptmania.com
I think you'll have a lot of fun there. It's all about the sleuth, and you'll find plenty of ways for you to participate, too!

Winter...spring, what's the ring?
WINTER-
1. Try some coats on for size. How about fur? Try a normal looking coat with fur trim on the hood or elsewhere if you're too casual to have a full fur coat (even if it IS fake).
2. Try a vest. Something that looks like a coat with a collar that can be pulled up for a neck warming is totally functional and cute.
3. Some cord denim is a sure bet for warmth and comfort, and you'll see it a lot of it this winter.
4. Bling! Bling! No, sparkle will not go out this winter, so pull out your grandma's jewels!
5. Looking for a totally chic dress? This fall and winter, get decked out in a dress that looks like a silky camisole that you would wear under a shrug. Form fitting is best, and really elegant.
Spring may be seeming far off, and you may not have heard a lot about what's going to be in style, but here's a sneek preview of what's to come!
Elegance, grace, smooth thin fabrics, and flowing designs are what you'll be seeing in spring of 2006. Sorry, unlike Spring 2005, you won't be able to reuse some of fall's wardrobe. Boho is going back out, like the tide. Spring 2006 is all about letting a woman's feminine side come out, and I expect we'll be seeing some more silky camisoles-- with a touch more elegance.
I hope this helps you!

Fall Fashion Continued
Fall Fashion Continued:
Bohemian skirts, peasant blouses and
back to the '80's!
Hippy? Yes. '80's? Yes. As weird as it seems, these two HAVE been combined for this fall, and only a well-informed fashion-interested girl could pull this off. I'm here to save you the trouble of decoding this fire-wall of fashion.
Yup. Check out my last blog ---> below for the '80's FYI. And this week's blog will tell you about the Hippy trend.
Hippy, oh, hippy, Where are You?
This seems to be the universal question this fall. Not only that, though, but also where do you fit in, oh, hippy? Here is an outfit combining the '80's with the hippy stuff: Wooden beaded necklace, short denim jacket, peasant blouse, career pants, and suede ballet slippers. Or something to that effect. Swing your own personal style into it, don't look at a magazine and copy-off the exact outfit in different colors (okay, okay, we all do that sometimes, but DON'T). No, instead, fashion magazine should be there for reference on what's the style, not to pull together your wardrobe with exact copies. So as you are buying this fall's wardrobe, keep the junction in mind. Don't lean too far one way, and then too far the other way, instead, balance in-between.
SOOooo Long till next time, I can't waaiit!

Fashion 101 for girls- Introduction
lookcute.blogspot.com
Welcome!
Todays topic: What's IN for fall 2005?
The word? Think '80's! So What does that mean? You wear leg warmers, tights, and drop-waist dresses? No. It simply means you think '80's in a modern sense. Still not sure what I mean? Take a look below and I think you'll get the picture>
Metallics
Bright colors--like this!
Headbands are cool!
Try some gold hoops, girl!
Mix your patterns and colors! Example: Polka dots with checks, cord jacket w/ cotton layering tank.
Also, do some research! Look at some sites that tell you what's in in the '80's and what to take from then. Here are a few suggestions:
Girls' Life Magazine- particularly this fall's issue.

So take a splash into the world of the '80's this fall when buying your wardrobe!
